3. User Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Hackr offers multiple subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) with different features and pricing:

• All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and charged monthly unless otherwise specified
• New subscriptions include a 2-week free trial period
• Billing occurs automatically on your subscription renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post spam, malicious, or inappropriate content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By using Hackr, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

The Hackr platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by DigitalRTM and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Hackr integrates with various third-party platforms (social media networks, content management systems). You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of these platforms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or platform policies that may affect the Service.

8. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide:

• Email support for all users
• Priority support for Pro and Agency subscribers
• Regular maintenance and updates
• Status updates during service interruptions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalRTM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be suspended
• Your data will be retained for 30 days for recovery purposes
• You remain responsible for any outstanding charges
• These Terms will continue to apply to past use of the Service

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction where DigitalRTM is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
